Very cool. I am a professional yoga instructor having completed my Masters in Sanskrit and Yoga from India. I also teach Kettlebells and I think it is a very natural connection. The mind over matter of Kettlebell training is very close to the mind control found from yoga practice. I am a Kettlebell Training Academy Level 1 Certified Instructor. Good on you for incorporating these two great forms of exercise for mind and body.

Informative post on strength training. Thanks for pointing out how a combination of resistance bands and exercise balls may help in enhancing core exercises including squats.
