Spring Schedule-Effective April 6

Due to requests for more yoga and total conditioning classes, the following are changes to the schedue for Spring effective April 6:

0900-1000 Hot Yoga
1005-1105 Fitness Kickboxing

1000-1030 Community Zumba Class (no charge)
1040-1120 Community Restorative Yoga Class (no charge)
Noon-1245 Yoga for Strength
1-1:45 Fit New Mom -Combining strength training, yoga and cardio
4-4:45 Zumbatomics (Tentative)
5-5:30 Amazing Abs
5:40-6:40 Pre-Natal Yoga
6:45-7:45 Zumba

5:30-6 Ultimate Upper Body
6-7 Fitness Kickboxing
7:15-8:15 Hot Yoga

5:30-6:15 Total Body Conditioning & Toning (get ready for summer!!) Using a variety of equipment which may include stability balls, body bars or resistance tubes to shape, tone and define the body using a variation of repetitions and sets. This class is lead by a certified personal trainer and is highly recommended to build LEAN muscle while boosting metabolism and increasing strength.
6:30-7:45 Yoga=Beginner and 2nd Step into Yoga

5:45-6:30 Yoga - Intermediate
6:30-7:45 Yoga-Flex and Flow

0800-0915 Yoga Flow
0930-1030 Zumba
10:35-11:20 Total Body Conditioning - Re-Define Your Body
