Intro to Hot Yoga with Charlene-Week Three, Friday, May 13

This fantastic class is coming to an end this Friday! The response has been overwhelming and we've collected 12 bags of food for the food bank.

Please join Charlene this Friday at 6 for an hour of a set sequence of postures that optimize deep stretching, a detoxifying sweat, and a healthy glow. Hot yoga balances strength and flexibility through breathing exercises, standing, and seated postures!

We'll bring this class back in the Fall!
