Kettle Bell Workshops: April 4, 6 & 9th
Whether you're new to our kettle bell classes or would like to refine your technique, we have 3 kettle bell workshops planned before the new schedule starts. Monday, April 4th: 4:30-5 p.m Wednesday, April 6th: 5-5:30 pm Saturday, April 9th: 1045-115 am Please register by sending us an email: macdean@sympatico.ca indicating which workshop you are attending.
