There will be a second kettlebell class offered on Fridays from 5:30-6 for those who were on the waiting list for this class.
There will be 2 workshops:
Monday, Feb 21 @ 5 pm
Friday, Feb 25 @ 5:30.
The workshop will introduce proper form and the basic mechanics of using the kettlebell. The Friday class format is a kettlebell circuit and those who have been on the waiting list will be accomodated first-please email us at email@example.com if you have been on the waiting list and want a spot in the Friday class and which workshop you will be attending (sorry but workshop attendance is required).
Kettlebell circuit consists of timed sets (30 seconds each exercise) with a 1 minute rest in between each set.
