Spring & Summer Schedules

The final schedules for spring & summer classes and hours of operation should be uploaded to the http://www.smithsfallsyoga.com/ site shortly. In the meantime, here are the final versions:

April 5-June 6
Sun: 0900-1000 Hot Yoga
Sun: 1010-1110 Body Bar Power
Mon: 0930-1030 Mom & Baby Yoga
Mon: 1040-1140 Restorative/Gentle Yoga
Mon: Noon-1245 Total Conditioning with Yoga
Mon: 5:30-6:30 p.m Pre-natal
Mon: 6:40-7:40 Zumba
Tues: 5:45-6:45 Zumba
Tues: 7-8 Hot Yoga
Wed: 6-7:30 Beginner Yoga
Thurs: 6:30-8 p.m Yogalates
Fri: 4:30-5:30 Body bar power
Sat: 8-9:30 Yoga Flow
Sat: 9:45-1045 Zumba
Sat: 11-noon Mother & daughter yoga groove

Summer (starting June 26)
Sun: 0900-1000 Hot Yoga
Sun: 1010-1110 Body bar power
Mon: 0930-1030 Mom & Baby
Mon: 1040-1140 Restorative/Gentle
Mon: Noon-1245 Total Conditioning with Yoga
Mon: 6-7 All levels yoga with core
Mon: 5-6 Pre-natal yoga
Tues: 5:30-6:30 Zumba w core
Sat: 0800-0915 Yoga flow
Sat: 9:45-1045 Zumba with strenght

What's happening to the Zumba on Monday nights (summer session)?

For the summer session I'm taking it off the schedule and having just one evening class. After last summer it became apparent that most people prefer to enjoy the summer evenings. It will return in the fall.

If the demand is there I'll bring it in during the morning or later afternoon (before 6 p.m).
