New for Spring 2009-Body Bar Ultimate Conditioning Class

I am so excited to continue adding more services to the studio!

This class is for men and women and uses body bars of assorted weights (from 4-24 lbs), resistence tubing, weight plates. The class is the ultimate in total body conditioning. Sculpt and define every inch of your body with one piece of equipment. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic activity.

Each class is 60 minutes in duration, with an emphasis on correct form and technique.

Benefits of the Body Bar Class:

Burn calories per class for fat loss
Improve strength
Improve general fitness
Define and tone your muscles
Improve bone density
