Latest Core Sequence from Sadie!!

CORE YOGA SEQUENCE: Core Heart-Opening: Seated, then Hands & Knees Cat/Cow, Dog Pose, step R foot up to Low Lunge, hands on thigh w/Cat-Cow x5. Dog Split, swing knee thru Core Plank, then step behind your L leg for Rockstar (lift hips, L leg still straight, arm over ear, heart rolls to sky.) Eventually, take this to Full Wheel if avai...lable. End in Pigeon Pose, arch heart, Child's Pose. Repeat on other side!
